Here’s to Getting Smarter…every chance we get.

Let’s not be afraid to ask questions – questions so basic that they may even elicit a giggle or gasp. Get Smart Radio is a creative, communal manifestation of my compulsion to want to know the why and how of things. But enough about my compulsions. What about yours?

The goal of Get Smart Radio is to create a forum for the live and extended audience to learn by asking and participating. We pick a topic, invite 2 guests who really get it, and bring an audience together to bust things wide open. Music and humor help keep things fresh, so we try to bring in as much of that as we can.

Our topics mostly come from suggestions by you, so hit the suggestions tab on this site and suggest away.

There’s nothing stopping any of us from learning just a bit more each day. All we need is the humility to stop and listen, the capacity to process just a little bit of knowledge each time, and the hunger to do it again tomorrow. Science, food, health, sex – there’s so much to learn – and so many people who have the answers who are just waiting for us to ask.
